• Payment terms are outlined during the booking process.

• All payments are processed securely.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 10% deposits may be required to reserve and hold your appointment.

• Cancellations made 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a 90% refund. A full refund may be given at the discretion of the business owner.

• Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment may not be refunded their deposit.

• No refunds will be given once a service has been rendered under any circumstances.

6. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Big T's Auto Spa is not liable for any damage caused to vehicles during the detailing process, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• You are responsible for informing us about any existing damage to your vehicle prior to the service.

7. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions, or the services provided by Big T's Auto Spa, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator and shall take place in Will County, IL. The parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury and to resolve any disputes through this arbitration process.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Big T's Auto Spa Liability Waiver In consideration of the services provided by Big T's Auto Spa, I hereby release and hold harmless Big T's Auto Spa, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any damage or loss to my vehicle, howsoever caused.
